Virtual Blood Drive

The snow storm this weekend may have slowed Memphis down, but it hasn’t stopped the need for blood — not even for a moment. For me, MLK Day is always a day ON not a day off. So, we are making a pivot for our MLK Spirit of Giving Blood Drive on Jan 24th and making it a Virtual Blood Drive focusing on the Memphis area. I believe in showing up for our community, especially when conditions make it harder for others to do so. Patients in Memphis hospitals can’t wait for clear roads or warmer days. Their need is immediate, and we have the power to help. That’s why, from today through February 14, I’m inviting everyone across the Memphis area to join me in giving blood through our Virtual Blood Drive with Vitalant.
