Virtual Blood Drive

Hi!! My name is Hailey Schaber. I am 20 years old and just finished my second year of college at BYU Idaho where I am studying elementary education!! I first began donating blood in high school, when I had the opportunity to help host a blood drive at my school. Since then, I have become passionate about blood donation because it is such a simple yet powerful way to give back to the community. This past winter, someone very close to me required multiple blood transfusions. Thanks to generous donors, her life was saved. Experiences like this remind me that a small act, such as donating blood, can become a miracle in someone else’s life.
