Virtual Blood Drive

I am hosting a blood drive as both a personal and community-driven mission. In 2021, my cousin Greta received a heart transplant, a procedure made possible by the generosity of blood donors. Throughout her journey, she has been a constant reminder to all of her supporters of the vitality of blood donation. Her journey has taught me that behind every measure taken to save lives, countless people stepped up to donate blood and support their communities. Even small acts of generosity, like giving blood, can have a tremendous impact. It takes all of us working together to meet the needs of patients like Greta! As a student, I am also pursuing this opportunity with the hope of receiving a scholarship to help support my college education. Hosting this blood drive allows me to combine Greta's story, my values, and my academic goals into one meaningful initiative. Thank you for supporting this cause and helping make a difference!
