Virtual Blood Drive

The reason I make blood donations, even is I’m a bit scared of the needles, i had a uncle who was suffering of a blood cancer and he needed blood to help him beat the cancer but at the time he couldn’t get any, also at the time I wasn’t even born. This story was told to me by my mom who had watched her brother slow pass and was fighting to live but sadly couldn’t win. So I donate to help those families who are in the same or similar situation as my family did those years ago and with myself going into college to better my life and to change things in my family this scholarship would help me achieve those goals. But not just helping me but also helping others in our community.
