Vitalant is proud to partner with the Colorado Avalanche for Hockey Fights Cancer month in November, encouraging the community to give blood to help support cancer patients who often rely on blood and platelet transfusions as part of their treatment. Year-round, more than 25% of the blood supply goes to help patients fighting all types of cancer.
