Virtual Blood Drive

My passion for hosting this virtual blood drive comes from something deeply personal. My dad once underwent a lifesaving surgery where he needed blood transfusions to survive. In that moment, strangers, people we may never meet, became the reason he is still here today. Their decision to donate blood gave my family more time, more memories, and more life with someone we love so much. That experience completely changed how I see blood donation. It’s not just a simple act, it’s the difference between life and loss, hope and heartbreak. Because of those donors, I understand how powerful one small decision can be. By creating this blood drive, I want to honor those who helped save my dad and pay that kindness forward. I hope to inspire others to realize that their donation could mean everything to someone else’s family, just like it did for mine.
