Virtual Blood Drive

My mom had an emergency blood transfusion during an unexpected turn of events at a scheduled hysterectomy. The medical team was not prepared to find the monstrous cancer inside of her. She also received platelet infusions to help her get through her chemotherapy treatments. Your blood donation means the world to me, as together, we will give other moms a chance to a full life; whether they survive an emergency or receive blood as part of their treatment plan to get well. My mom was 49 years-old, when she got her wings. I have set up a goal of 50 blood donations - give whole blood, power red, plasma or platelets, whatever you can give and as often as you can!!
