Virtual Blood Drive

Growing up, I watched my mom host community blood drives, and seeing her dedication taught me early on how much of an impact a single person can have. This fall, I begin my freshman year at UNLV. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sciences, which will teach me the technical foundation I need to achieve my ultimate goal of entering dental school and becoming a dentist. Partnering with Vitalant to host this virtual blood drive is the perfect bridge between my family's roots and my future in healthcare. While this drive helps fund my college education, my true motivation is the lives we will save together. My studies will teach me the science of health, but my mom taught me the human side. I am incredibly passionate about rallying my new UNLV community and hometown to step up, donate, and make a profound difference for patients in need!
