Virtual Blood Drive

I've worked in blood banking for 28 years but the first time I actually saw a transfusion was 13 years ago when my dad needed blood to stay alive. It was quite remarkable to see the transformation the gift of blood gave to my dad. We could see the color returning to his face; the burst of energy to keep fighting help our family see him recover. I'm grateful to all the donors that donated for my dad, and we want to repay the gifts and give to others.
