Virtual Blood Drive

The Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of California has established this Virtual Blood Drive in partnership with Vitalant because the moment demands more than words — it calls for action, compassion, and courage. Across our communities, hospitals and medical centers face a constant and urgent need for blood. Cancer patients, accident victims, surgical patients, children, and countless others depend upon a gift that cannot be manufactured, substituted, or replaced. Blood comes only from the willing hearts and open hands of volunteer donors. One donation does not merely help — it saves more than one life. Over one quarter of the nation’s blood supply is used by patients fighting cancer alone. Every blood type is needed. Every donation matters. And every moment we delay is a moment someone else is waiting. For Knights Templar, this is not simply a charitable act — it is the living expression of our vows. To serve the helpless, relieve the distressed, and practice our faith through action is the very foundation of our Order.
