About My Virtual Blood Drive
In 1999, my 2nd daughter, Lisa, lost a large volume of blood due to complications of childbirth. She required emergency transfusion of 2 units of blood. Overnight, her condition improved dramatically. I was grateful the blood was readily available for her. From that point on, I made the commitment to be a regular blood donor. I am thankful that, over the years, I've been able to help meet the need.
