Brigid is a pretty amazing kid. We call her brave, resilient and mighty. By the age of 6 she had overcome cancer twice, beating both Accute T-cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma and Diffuse Large B-Cell Leukemia. She has Ataxia-Telaniectasia (A-T), a rare genetic disease that impacts her respiratory, immune, and neurological systems. She is currently battling for her life following a rare and unexpected respiratory infection. She requires many blood transfusions as her team helps her recover.
